Aroma Yoga Gentle

Aroma Flow combines therapeutic grade essential oils (Young Living) with an uplift yoga practice to enhance the body, mind & breathe awareness, promoting in releasing body tension, blocked chakra energies and negative emotions. This asana practice creates an inwards journey of reconnecting with one self, connecting movements from the Root to the Core.

Class is Multi-Level and is suitable for Beginners.

Aroma Yin & Yang

Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.

We will be using Young Living essentials with this practise. Beginners and all levels are welcome.

Spine & Joints Recovery

This class helps to prevent and relief pain, improve mobility, prevent degenerations. Slow and gentle therapy based yoga class.

Dynamic Pilates

A mixed abilities mat-based Pilates class which incorporates the use of body weight & minimum props. The class is designed to readdress the body's natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements.

Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased the range of motion for the joints.

You'll learn all of the fundamental Pilates movement techniques in these classes. Neutral spine, a properly engaged core, c-curve, shoulder and pelvic stability, spinal articulation, full breathing — all are integral to Pilates mat work.

Doing Pilates increases the awareness of the proper placement of the spine and pelvis, and creates the inner strength to support the natural curves of the spine. This is called having a neutral spine and it has been the key to better backs for many people

Attention to the core support and full-body fitness, including the breath and the mind, provide a level of integrative fitness that is hard to find elsewhere. It is also the reason that Pilates is so popular in rehab scenarios, as well as with athletes who find that Pilates is a great foundation for any kind of movement they do.
